The ensemble, which has been working together since 2015, has been warmly embraced by critics and audiences and even won the Ministry of Culture Award for Outstanding Ensemble for 2021. Tremolo performs regularly in Europe, the USA, the Far East and Latin America and creates diverse artistic collaborations in the worlds of theater, dance, literature and visual arts, alongside composers, performers and musical ensembles in a wide stylistic range. Tremolo’s repertoire contains art music alongside world music, ancient folk music alongside contemporary music of the 21st century.

The music in the show moves between time and place, with the beat being the musical element that leads the way. From Mesopotamia to Mayan culture, from Africa to India, from jazz to rock and to music of our time and the future.
