The Revolution Orchestra does it again, this time with a new show dedicated entirely to Yossi Banai, the composer, singer, actor and comedian, Israel Prize laureate and one of the greatest stage artists.
The orchestra will be joined by Yossi Banai’s stage partner of many years – the legendary actress Rivka Michaeli. Anya Bukstein and Avi Greinik will also be guests for acting and singing segments.
After the magical evenings dedicated to roosters and the pale grouse, the Revolution Orchestra embarks on a journey following the wonderful songs, sketches, and pieces created by Yossi Banai. By combining familiar music with new pieces written under its inspiration, with rare video clips, and with Banai’s beloved heroes, the Revolution Orchestra creates an evening full of humor and longing for the artist who became an Israeli legend while still alive.
