The Great Malta Music Festival is hosting two major concerts at the Tel Aviv Culture Hall, featuring the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, international soloists and conductors. The concerts are an initiative of the European Foundation for the Arts, which organizes international music competitions in Malta and around the world.
