The Hungarian State Opera, which opened in 1884, arrives in Israel for the first time with the immortal work of Karl Goldmark, the Queen of Sheba. The libretto was written by Salomon Hermann Mosenthal. The Israeli audience can experience the best-known work of the famous Hungarian composer (1830-1915); Goldmark lived and worked on the borderline of romanticism and modernism, but his works still reflect the romantic approach.
Driven by his enormous love and passion for dance, theatre, and music, Yoel Peer, producer extraordinaire, is committed, for more than a decade, to bringing shows from abroad.
